An additional benefit of Geyser heat pump water heater is cooled surrounding air and de-humidification. In high humidity conditions, Geyser can extract up to 50 pints of moisture per day. For this reason, it is recommended to install Geyser near a drain so that the excess water can be drained by gravity or connect the condensate line to the water heater's drain pan. If the water heater tank does not have a drain pan or a drain is not available, we offer a low energy fully automatic condensate unit to pump the water 20 feet away. Package includes a 115 volts condensate pump and 20 feet of tubing (qualifies for the 30% tax credit when purchased with Geyser).

 

 

 

Adding air ducts will allow to direct the cooled air to a space where dry cooler air is needed the most and/or allow to duct in the air from another room, crawl space or the attic. Use one adapter for the air intake and another adapter for the exhaust. Insulated 8" flexible pipe is recommended (not included but available from most hardware stores)(qualifies for the 30% tax credit when purchased with Geyser).

 

 

 

Geyser air filter can be cleaned by rinsing with water. If you prefer to replace the filter, a pack of 3 replacement filters is available (qualifies for the 30% tax credit when purchased with Geyser). 

 

Geyser can be placed on the floor next to a solar storage tank or water heater tank, it has rubber pads. Use this stand for a space saving configuration where the water heater tank sits on top of Geyser.  This heavy gauge galvanized stand is 24" X 24" and rated (up to 55 gallon tank), complete with floor clips.

 

This stand can also be used for a clean and professional installation where Geyser sits on the stand. Product currently awaiting final certification. Will be available soon.
